Named as the Little Hongkong of the South, Pagadian City in Zamboanga del Sur hosted the last NSPC 2017.
Campus Journalists together with their coaches had enjoyed the unique place and the warmth hospitality of the people. Their unique tricycle had truly amazed the young writers and the SPA's. The whole place is a glowing city and the journalists would forever treasure the moments they had spent in the city.
